    Shaun Eddy

    Shaun Eddy, CFP®, MSFA, AIF®,  is the owner and CEO of Oxford Planning and has always had a strong desire to help clients define and reach their unique financial goals.  “When clients realize that with proper planning, many goals are possible, it’s incredibly rewarding,” says Shaun.  
     
    Always looking for opportunities to enhance his qualifications and skills, Shaun graduated from the University of Maryland and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM practitioner through the College for Financial Planning.  He also earned a Master’s Degree in Financial Analysis from the College for Financial Planning.  Shaun holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation, which promotes a culture of fiduciary responsibility, employing and providing a prudent process in investment practices.    
     
    Shaun has over 25 years of experience working with individuals and businesses.  He served as past President and Chairman of the Board of the Financial Planning Association’s Maryland chapter, and as past Chairman of the Membership advisory group of the Financial Planning Association in Denver, Shaun has enjoyed working with many of the industry’s most influential professionals.  Shaun currently serves on Governor Hogan's Task Force on Long Term Care. He has served as a Director with the Boards of Howard County Red Cross, HC Drug Free, and as past Chairman of the Housing and Community Development Board.  He is also a graduate of Leadership Howard County Premier, an organization dedicated to empowering individuals and strengthening their community.  
     
    Shaun has been a speaker for the Financial Planning Association, the Maryland Accountants Association and the Maryland Institute of Certified Financial Planners. Shaun was 2005 FPA of Maryland’s Planner of the Year and has been a guest panelist on Wall Street Week, a nationally syndicated TV series.  
     
    Growing up in an Air Force family, Shaun enjoyed living all over the world and for the last 30 years, has made Howard County MD his home.  A black belt in judo, Shaun trains and teaches at Hui-O Judo where he helps individuals learn judo, self-discipline and mutual respect of others.  He also enjoys golf and spending quality time with his wife Tricia and their family and friends.

    Patricia Eddy

    Patricia Eddy, IACCP®, CRPS®, AAMS® is the COO and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) as well as a Registered Investment Advisor Representative of Oxford Planning Group, LLC.

    In this role, Tricia brings more than 20 years of experience in client financial services managing all aspects of client services, business operations, serving as technical liaison with outside investment services and providing oversight and specialization in building high-quality client services.   She served 3 years on Charles Schwab’s Technical and Operations Advisory Board from 2013 – 2016.  Meeting several times a year at Schwab headquarters in Phoenix and San Francisco allowed her unique insight into client financial services and allowed her to give input based on feedback from clients.   

    Tricia is an Investment Advisor Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP®), Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®) and Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®).  She received Baltimore Smart CEO’s Executive Management award for COO for 2014.  Tricia is a member of National Regulatory Services (NRS), which co-sponsors with the Investment Advisor Association to provide extensive training for experienced compliance professionals.  She regularly attends local and national conferences to ensure that the firm offers high-quality services for our clients.  Tricia enjoys spending quality time with her husband Shaun and their family, friends, and dogs (especially outdoors).
